AMHERST, NY — Outlast Media has released a customized web application for Ivoclar Vivadent designed to manage the company's product recall process.
After three months in development and testing, the custom application was released in time for the recall of Ivoclar Vivadent's Odyssey Diode Lasers. The application is featured-filled and scalable to the everyday tasks assigned with managing a product recall governed by federal regulations.
The custom web application also ties into DHL's shipping and delivery system allowing for fast and easy printing of shipping labels.
