BUFFALO, NY — The Buffalo Sabres are a proud organization with a rich history in Western New York. The Buffalo Sabres Alumni Association – www.sabresalumni.com – helps continue that Blue and Gold tradition and having a great website was something they felt was critical to the success of their organization. For many years, the Sabres Alumni website remained dormant and antiquated; that is, until they partnered with Outlast Media.
While the previous website did have some great content, it was far from easy to navigate. User-friendliness was critical when developing the new Sabres Alumni website. In addition to a great new look that builds of the Sabres tradition, Outlast Media also provided a content management system to help keep the site fresh on a daily basis. New features were also added such as all-time player stats and event photo galleries.
"In today's world, an appealing and always-updated website is the key to providing our fans with the necessary communication they are looking for," said Scott McManigle, Sabres Alumni Director of Player Relations. "Outlast Media helped bring our organization into the 21st century and we have seen great success as a result."
The Buffalo Sabres Alumni Association is an organization made up of former Sabres' hockey players with one goal in mind: giving back to the community. Sabres Alumni are heavily involved in the community and support a variety of great charities and organizations.
