Ivoclar Vivadent has the unique distinction of being both a Clinical and a Technical dental company, and therefore has the unique opportunity to educate their laboratory customers on their clinical products so these laboratories can provide valuable information to their own customers. Outlast Media developed a website portal that will allow dental laboratories across North America to strengthen their relationships with the dentists they serve.
The Laboratory Partnership Program website features a secure user registration system that only allows laboratory customers of Ivoclar Vivadent to access their account information, order product samples, view order history and provide sales leads. The site also features a customized content management system that allows Ivoclar Vivadent the ability to manage their customers and their orders.
